Utilize the Disneyland Paris Disability Access Service
Guests with disabilities can request a Priority Card for their visit to Disneyland Paris. To obtain a Priority Card, you must provide medical documentation that is issued from the government or medical authority. You can do this upon your arrival. However, I prefer to save you time and provide the information to Disneyland Paris a month in advance. That way you have your card when you arrive and can instantly start having fun!
Your Priority Card will allow you to sit in a dedicated space for all the theater shows at Disneyland Paris. There are also designated viewing areas at parades and other shows for people with disabilities. You must speak to a cast member in advance to arrange for this seating.
The best part of the Priority Card is you can gain priority access to the rides. You won’t be able to get on the rides immediately, but your wait time will be shorter.
Book a Disney VIP Tour
A VIP tour of Disneyland Paris will ensure your autistic family gets on all the rides with minimal wait times. Your wait time will be even less than it would be with a Priority Card.
It gets better though! Your English speaking guide will show you around the park while making sure you don’t miss a moment of the fun.
You can easily tell your guide which rides, shows, and attractions are at the top of your list to see. Your guide will then prioritize those over all the others. This will ensure you don’t miss out on the things you want to see and do the most at Disneyland Paris.
Stay on Disney Property
I recommend taking advantage of the perks guests receive when they stay on Disney property. When you book your accommodations at a Disneyland Paris property, you gain access to the free shuttle that takes you to the park.
Of course, what visit to Disneyland Paris would be complete without a little extra magic time? If you stay on Disney property, you instantly receive extra magic time. You can enter the park before it opens to everyone else. Plus, you can meet certain Disney characters right at your hotel. No long lines at the park required!
