Traveling with an Infant
Updated: Feb 28, 2022

Welcome to Episode 2 of the Special Needs Travel Podcast. I'm a part of the Trav Market Media Network, a network of travel agent podcasters talking about...well travel! We share travel topics that help travel agents better support their clients and of course inspire travelers to get on the road! Last week I talked about a special need that is traveling while you are pregnant. Now, we’ve moved on to having a baby here and I’ve got a special guest Ashley Onadele of Flyy Family Travel. In this episode, we talk about travel with infants and some tips and tricks to travel with an infant and toddler. Ashely has first-hand experience with traveling with two under two. I have been, at least I’d like to say we are friends, with Ashely for almost 2 or 3 years. I met her on Instagram and we have talked about planning group family trips before she took the task on herself. She shares about traveling with her small children and I think when planning a trip for clients this is a special consideration for travel agents and travelers.
Ashely Onadele is A California native and travel obsessed mom of two babies, Ashley inspires and encourages families to travel the world with their little ones. Instead of surrendering to advice to get travel “out of her system” when she started to plan for a family, she decided for herself what was best for her family. And what was best for her family was to explore the world together. In addition to her travel blog, From my World, with Love, Ashley owns the travel agency and retreat company Flyy Family where she curates unique trips and experiences for all travelers, specializing in family and group vacations. She is also the author of the family travel guide Your Baby Can Travel (and it’s easier than you think!) available on Amazon.
